It’s a guided meditative journey that allows you to explore one or more lifetimes your soul has lived before this one. We access these memories to understand how they may still be influencing you today.

Not at all. You only need an open mind and a genuine curiosity. The experience works on an energetic and subconscious level—what arises will often feel deeply resonant, whether or not you interpret it literally.

That’s a very common fear. But in regression, your imagination is the bridge to your subconscious and soul. What you see may feel symbolic, visual, emotional—or all three—and its healing value lies in what it unlocks within you.

You might witness another version of yourself in a different body or culture. You may feel emotions tied to a relationship or moment in that life. Some clients receive clear images, while others experience physical sensations or inner knowing.

Yes. Often unexplained fears or emotional blocks originate from trauma held in the soul across time. By witnessing the source, you allow healing to occur—sometimes gently, sometimes profoundly.

You're always supported and spiritually protected. Your soul will only show what you’re ready to see. If something painful arises, we move through it slowly, with guidance from your higher self and spiritual team.

That’s rare, but if it happens, there’s still deep healing in the space we hold. Sometimes clarity arrives later, through dreams, synchronicity, or sudden emotional release. Trust that the work continues beyond the session.

Yes, hypnotherapy is a tool used for past life regression. Both involve entering a relaxed state; this process is intuitive and soul-led. You remain fully aware, able to speak and move, and are never “under” or out of control.

Yes, a Zoom recording is available upon request. Many clients find it helpful to revisit the session later, especially if details fade over time.

Yes, it’s possible. Many clients access non-Earth lives or spiritual realms, especially if their soul lineage extends beyond Earth.

Create a quiet space, free of distractions. Avoid heavy food or stimulants beforehand. You may also wish to set an intention, journal a question, or simply call in your guides.

Some clients feel peaceful, others emotional, and many experience a deep sense of release. Give yourself time to rest and reflect after the session. The insights may continue to unfold in the days that follow.

In an Akashic reading, Maria channels messages from your soul’s energetic archive. In a regression, you access the memories directly, through your own inner experience. Both offer healing—just through different pathways.

Yes—many clients report shifts in perspective, emotional healing, or the courage to make long-awaited decisions. It’s not a magic fix, but it is a catalyst for deep transformation.

Often just one regression brings meaningful insight. Some clients return for additional sessions over time, especially when new questions or patterns arise.

Occasionally, yes. If your soul brings up more than one lifetime, we’ll flow with it. But most sessions focus on one life that holds the most relevance for your healing now.
